I really love this city of ours. There is never a shortage of funny things to see, or amusing people to meet. I never leave my house without a camera because I am witness to so much in one day – and there are unexpected and ironic threads that tie us Angelenos together.
I usually refrain from posting too many pictures of myself on this blog, but I’m feeling a little silly today, so here goes. Just imagine me cruising the farmer’s market in swanky Pacific Palisades (last year)….or pulling the car over on Pico Bl. (today) in East LA, stopping to ask for a photo with a total stranger. The first guy was not amused, the second had a much better sense of humor about it.
By the way, I did NOT hand these guys the shirt, they were each wearing it on their own, which is what makes it so funny!
